Rainbow Galaxea (Galaxea sp.) is a stony LPS-style coral known for its long, fleshy tentacles, radial polyp structure, and spectacular color variability. Its tentacles, ranging from deep gold to bright yellow with white and teal tips, display a natural fluorescence under actinic and blue LED lighting, producing a dynamic “rainbow” effect. Color intensity is influenced by environmental factors such as light spectrum, water flow, nutrient levels, and tank placement.
This coral is slow-growing and encrusting, forming dense colonies over skeletal substrate. Each frag (½"–1") is carefully propagated in controlled aquaculture systems at coralSLover®, ensuring healthy skeletal growth, full polyp extension, and stable coloration.
