Thank you for choosing to place your order with us. We take pride in our commitment to doing our best that all orders are will be shipped on the same day, from Monday to Thursday, as long as they are submitted before 2:00 PM EST. After, to ensure timely delivery, order will be shipped on Monday, avoiding potential weekend shipping delays. Please note that this service does not apply on national holidays. In addition, we offer Saturday delivery to most locations for an additional fee, providing you with more options for receiving your order We greatly appreciate your business and are dedicated to your order promptly and efficiently.

Coral Refund Policy – 14-Day Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and health of our corals.

Our 14-Day Guarantee applies only to orders shipped with 1-Day Shipping.
Customers who select 2-Day Shipping assume full responsibility for any losses that may occur during transit.

2-Day Shipping is a great option for hardier, less sensitive coral types—such as zoanthids, and some soft corals—and for customers who want to save on shipping costs. However, it’s important to understand that any losses during 2-Day Shipping are not covered by our guarantee.

If a coral arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA) or shows signs of severe stress under a 1-Day Shipping guarantee:

  1. Take clear photos of the coral inside its original sealed shipping container immediately upon delivery.

  2. Take additional photos after acclimating the coral in your tank, under normal water and lighting conditions.

  3. Submit the photos to us within 2–3 hours of delivery, along with your order number.

Once we review your claim, one of the following will be issued:

  • Store credit via a discount code for the coral’s value, or

  • A replacement coral added to your next order (customer covers shipping).

Please note: Some corals may take a few days to fully open and adjust to your tank. Slight differences in appearance are normal after shipping. We recommend giving new arrivals adequate time to acclimate before assuming there’s a problem.


 
Canceling an Order

You can cancel your order before it ships. Please note that payment processing fees cannot be refunded, so your refund will be minus these fees.

Fish Shipping & Refund Policy

All fish at coralSLover® are carefully hand-picked and packed with the utmost care to ensure they arrive healthy and safe. However, due to the unpredictable nature of live animals during transit, we do not offer refunds or replacements for fish that arrive dead.

We recommend following our acclimation and tank setup guidelines closely to give your fish the best chance to thrive in your aquarium. Our team is happy to provide guidance and tips for proper acclimation and care. Thank you for understanding and for supporting sustainable, high-quality fish selection.

Disclaimer:

Corals on the pictures are not WYSIWYG, photos was made under different lighting (blue or white lights) and in different tank (our show of frag tanks). You will get coral size as described, shape and color could be slightly off due to shipping stress.
After shipping stress soft corals (Mushrooms, Cloves, all types of  Leathers) always will  look shrink and colorless, won't look as on photos. For them to recover and adjust to new environments they will need 3-7 days in low lights and flow. Specially for mushroom we recommend to keep they under 100PAR and less.
