Corals that was damaged due to removed from the plug by the buyer are not acceptable. Coral has to be on original frag plug for 14 days.

Return and refund: DOA Policy (dead on arrival)

 If a coral is DOA please take clear pictures of coral in arrived container and then after you properly acclimate (check how to acclimate coral guide) under normal aquarium light in water. Some corals need more time to acclimate and may not look like on picture right away. 
 We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, so we are happy to offer you a refund for the coral as store credit, or you can option for a replacement with your next order.
 If you choose to receive a new coral, please note that shipping costs will be your responsibility, although you may qualify for a FREE shipping option depending on your total order.
 Lastly, we kindly remind you that we cannot accept any pictures of the corals unless they are taken without aquarium water and light.

Disclaimer:
Corals on the pictures are not WYSIWYG, photos was made under different lighting (blue or white lights) and in different tank (our show of frag tanks). You will get coral size as described, shape and color could be slightly off due to shipping stress.
After shipping stress soft corals (Mushrooms, Cloves, all types of  Leathers) always will  look shrink and colorless, won't look as on photos. For them to recover and adjust to new environments they will need 3-7 days in low lights and flow. Specially for mushroom we recommend to keep they under 100PAR and less.
